Nghê Prana is a wellness retreat in Hoi An designed for couples who want more than a spa day. Structured as a layered practice of Ayurveda, yoga, Vietnamese herbal therapies, and mindful dining — book a long weekend to reset, or a 7- or 14-day journey to properly unwind.
Unlike a destination spa, we are first a hotel. You stay in a riverside room, take meals with other guests, walk into Hoi An's Old Town when you want the lanterns. The wellness programme fits around your trip, not the other way around.
Ayurvedic warm-oil massage + Shirodhara
Our signature treatments are led by practitioners trained in the Keralan tradition. Shirodhara in particular helps guests whose minds won't stop racing.

Morning yoga is included, led on the open-air terrace overlooking the river. Gentle enough for beginners, deep enough for long-time practitioners.
