At The Corn, dining is not separate from wellbeing. It is the continuation of it. Every dish begins with a question: how can this meal leave you feeling more whole than when you sat down?

Our kitchen works with the rhythm of the seasons and the bounty of the Thu Bon River. Local fishermen bring the morning catch to our door. Farms on the outskirts of Hoi An supply herbs, vegetables, and rice still warm from the paddy.

Vietnamese flavors anchor every plate — the brightness of lime leaf, the warmth of turmeric, the depth of slow-cooked broths. We honor these traditions while making space for guests who seek lighter, plant-forward, or health-conscious meals.
