Shirodhara in Hoi An
Shirodhara is the Ayurvedic treatment in which a continuous stream of warm herbal oil is poured over the forehead, at a slow and even pressure, for roughly 45 minutes. It is the single most requested treatment at our spa, and the one guests return for most.
At Nghê Prana, Shirodhara is performed by Kerala-trained practitioners in a dedicated treatment room, following traditional protocol. It is deeply effective for racing minds, chronic stress, insomnia, and what old Ayurvedic texts simply called 'unrest of the spirit.'
45 minutes, profoundly still
The treatment itself runs approximately 45 minutes, preceded by a short rest and followed by time to recover. Allow 90 minutes total.

You can walk in, but Shirodhara has dedicated room requirements — book a day ahead to secure your time.
